    How do I turn the Ruud central air/heating system onto heat?
    I can't get my new Ruud system to give me heat.

    First thing is to check the battery in the thermostat. Next would be ignitor. Could be any number of things. Any leds flashing a code? If it is new, contact the installer since it should be under warranty.
