    Restriction order
Recently my dad had to go to court for violating his parole and child abuse. I (his daughter) had a restrition order on him for that situation. The court dropped the case because he pleaded guilty. So if the case is dropped is the restriction order also dropped?

No those would be 2 seperate matters. A restricted order (Order of protection) and a criminal charge are in seperate courts. Please confirm that the order is active just in case there was a mess up along the way.
