My right knee is 90% bone on bone with a torn meniscus. Recently I have been getting really severe leg cramps starting in my right thigh close to my knee and radiating through my right leg. They mostly occur at night when I'm in bed. I occasionally stretch through the night and then fly out of bed with these horrid cramps. The next day is painful with the cramps reoccurring in my foot and calf.
