Doesn't happen that way. You could be pregnant but Tubal ligation is pretty permanent.

Goodness! Your vagina is as far as he can push. Getting through the cervix into the uterus takes a speculum (that contraption doctors use). Then once inside the uterus, you can't just go up into the fallopian tubes, much less SEE where they enter the uterus. And your fallopian tubes are now either clamped off or cauterized. Usually in more than one spot. It will cost you a ton to get that reversed, if it's even possible, depending on what method was used.

Oh heavens!!
This would be a surgical procedure. There is nothing that can reverse this outside of the operating room. The only thing he is doing is inflicting pain on you and possibly causing damage to your vagina and/or cervix.
A tubal can be reversed, but the chances of pregnancy after are quite slim and can result in tubal pregnancies.

Don't let him get his hands that far up you again. I cringed at the sound of that. He would need to go a good distance to do this.
What happens when you get your tubes tied is that they cut, fold over, and tie the tubes. So that both ends are sealed. Popping out one end, if he could have even done that, wouldn't have worked. He could have just injured you and possibly introduced infectious agents into your womb.
What you're going to need to do is talk to your doctor about In-vitro Fertilization. They're going to need to harvest eggs from you, fertilize them externally and then implant them into your womb. That is going to be expensive but has a better chance then a reversal.
Good luck.

Thanks everyone for your info about all this. It has had me worried for some time. When he was up there it felt like he was playing with a string or a tube o something I felt it bounch if you get what I mean. I am on income assistance and can't afford invitro or reversal. And I don't think there is a place to go in new Brunswick to get it free. Does anyone have any other options I could use to get this done cheap.

No, no assistance, no cheap, and no free. It's a luxury.
He may have been pushing on your cervix, which has no nerves (handy for expanding in childbirth) but which you could 'feel' because of the walls of your vagina and uterus being shoved at.
