    Oven not getting hot
Turn oven on and set temp. Checked bake first element not getting hot. Checked broil element not getting hot. Will the temp sensor stop elements from getting hot.

There are several reasons possible why you have no heat: Bad elements, bad switch, loose or broken wire, or a bad thermostat. You will need to use a meter to find out. It's that simple. You cannot guess or you will never find the problem. Look at these: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...aning_oven.pdf

I have had this happen to me before and my clock had been set on the stove so that it had my oven off. This is the clock you use to set a timer when the oven goes on and off.

If I knew the model number and name of this stove I could find a manual. Then you could see what would turn both elements off or if it's a safety or other bad component.

220v outlet - shared between hot tub and wall oven? [ 1 Answers ]

We've recently purchased a hot tub that requires 220v and our panel doesn't have room to add the GFIC breaker. We have a seldom used wall oven that is 220v and I'm wondering if it is possible to share this breaker rather than upgrading to a 200amp service. Thanks.
