    In Tn on a 5 yr old misdemeanor how long can you be held for extradition?
    How many days can tn hold for extradition from county to county for a violation of misdemeanor probation that is 5 yrs old?

    The answer to this question varies. I've heard two days to two weeks. Really what I know is it just depends on the state that wants you. How long it takes for them to respond whether they want you or not.
