Of course. Her getting married has nothing to do with child support, you have a legal obligation to pay support according to the court ordered support agreement.

Visitation is a separate issue. If you do not see the children, you need to. Why have you chosen not to see them ?

Unless her new husband is willing to adopt the child you have to pay. This is your child, you can't just walk away because you don't like the circumstances.

Have you gone to court for visitation rights? If not, why not? If you want to see your child go to court and get visitation. If you haven't done so that's on you. Visitation has nothing to do with support.

As long as there is a court order that you should pay, you have to pay. If she is not allowing you to see your child, that is a separate issue from support. If that's happening, you need to go to court to enforce or get a visitation order.

The only way your support obligation will end is if you allow the new husband to adopt your child. In which case your rights and obligations to the child will end.
