Hot tub help
I just installed a hot tub in my garage. The service panel has a 30amp and a 20 amp gfci breaker that run the heater and jets. The service panel is fed by the garage panel. There is a 50 amp breaker that feeds the service panel and two 20 amp breakers that feed the lights and outlets in the garage. When I turn on the jets the breaker at the main panel in the house trips. The garage is fed by two 30 amp breakers. Is the problem that I have 90 amps worth of breakers in the garage panel being fed by 60 amps in the main panel?

When using my hot tub, black silt or something comes in on the hot water side. I am not on a well. I have not noticed it anywhere else in the house.
How do you clean your hot tub when you have had this bacteria (folliculitis)in it. It's the middle of winter(-25 C) and I will not be able to fully empty tub. Is there some chemical you can put in the water? I have maintained proper chemical levels. I use bromine instead of chlorine.
Are there any kits available for adding jets, filter, heating to a claw-foot tub?
