    I do not have a birth certificate... can I get a visa
    I do not have a birth certificate and my ho me state has no record of my adoption or birth certificate... can I get a past port and trav el on an airplain and enter federal properities?

    You must have a birth certificate to get a passport to travel.

    Where were you born ? If you are born in the United States, you do have a birth certificate

    In most of the countries you require a birth certificate to get a visa, but in some cases if you don't have a birth certificate due to natural problem you could provide other forms of identification. But please consult with the appropriate office to get information.
