    My ex is pregnant with my kid we planned the pregnancy
    Me and my girlfriend broke up when she was at the end of her 3rd month she's now at the end of her fourth and she is saying she's not going to put me as the father on her birth cerificate she litterly won't talk to me at all. The only way I can find annything out about her or the baby is if I ask her friend. Who is also my friend. And she gets mad at our friend when she suggests that we get along for the kid. If she does decide in the end that she's doesn't want to put me as the father on the birth certificate is there annything I can do to have rights? And what should I do I've told her that I want to be there for my kid weather we are together or not honestly I want her back though. Will she change her mind? How long could it take?

    Legally I think you could go for a DNA test to prove that you are the father of the kid and get your name on the birth certificate. I would say for the kid try to get your problems resolved and don't say to her this is just for kid, but also you like her.

    As the two of you aren't married, it is her choice whether she names you as the father on the birth certificate. Even a DNA test won't change that.

    Will she change her mind? We can't answer that, we don't know her.

    A DNA test after the baby is born will prove you're the father. After that you'll have to fight for your rights. That will mean going to court to establish child support, and then visitation.

    If she doesn't want you back you can't force her to take you back, but she cannot hold our child hostage, keep it from you. If you're the father, you have rights. Start talking to a lawyer now.
