I want to apply passport for my parents. They are not having DOB certificate. My father is having his SSC certificate. My mother is not having any such proofs.
Kindly let me know the affidavit forms need to be submitted as DOB proofs for my father and mother

You need to start with telling us what country you are a citizen of. That way advice can be specifically made. Meaning how and where one would get the required documents will be different for each country. You can only get a passort in the country you are a citizen of.. and the required documents are intended to prove that you are who you say, and are a citizen of that country.

If father has SSC certificate he can get his DOB from the government. Does your mother have SSC as well?
