    Can anybody freeze a checking account I'm poa on in Florida

    If someone gets a judgment against the account holder, yes. But if the judgment is against you, then they can't touch an account you are just a POA on

    There can be limits on a financial POA, such as restricting check writing to certain monthly bills. What is your situation in more detail?
