I am 26 f and I had my tubes tied almost 5 yrs ago and I've missed my period n I've been having signs of pregnancy but had a negative test what could this be?

I have situational anxiety and depression after a car blew threw a stop sign and messed up 90% of my body, which has led to constant diarrhea and vomiting for the past 4 weeks. My mother and boyfriend have tried their best, including doctors, to make me well.com my mother special has spent over a week trying to help me. I am not better. I called one place to understand their resentment, and they said they most likely have compassion fatigue. Which can, in it's self cause issues for them. My question is, how do I elevate their stress so no harm comes to them by trying their hardest to help me. Do I just lock myself in room and suffer quietly to give them some time to replenish themselves, in the meantime, do I stay locked away to possibly get worse. Thank you
