    Notice of Judgement for Collection
    I won my case at eviction trial. Now the judge says I need to file a judgement order. How can I get a copy of this form for Utah? I keep checking these legal form sites and they do not have it. It's very hard to find the legal forms I need for Utah

    Ask the clerk of court to let you look through a few case files for similar cases. Use the judgment used in one of them for a model.
