    Diversity Visa Program
    Non citizen living overseas got married in the US to a US citizen am I considered single if I participate in the diversity visa lottery program ?

    You are married, why do you believe you could be considered single ? Have you divorced ?

    You are married, not single. You are not eligible to apply for DV but you are eligible to obtain immigrant visa as spouse of US citizen.
