Rheem criterion II furnace constantly blowing cold air
Ok, I have searched this forum for an answer to why my furnace will not turn off. blower and vent fan will run constantly while power is going to unit. ignitor will not light. looked at board, two constantly lit green leds, no flashing. ignitor may be bad, this is an older furnace, but why isn't blowers turning off? disconnected thermostat with no change. possible bad board? please help

I am in AZ and its over 100 degrees today! My unit is not working properly. Earlier I noticed that the thermostat was set at 75 and it was 80 in my house. I took out the filter which was really dirty. There was some minor ice on some of the tubes. I have frozen the unit before by not cleaning...
