    I believe it is 50 volts. But is relative.
    Some may think and may be right is House wiring is Low Voltage and the High Voltage lines outside are High Voltage.
    Their is an Electrical code that says you can't Parallel Conductors Under 1/0 if High Voltage, But can Parallel any conductors if under 50 Volts(Low Voltage).
