Hello I am on birth control pill, however I was on antibiotics for a bladder infection for 3 days (which I've heard can affect birth control, but my doctor didn't say anything about it) and then forgot to take my pill and had it late the next day, I then had unprotected sex 4 days after forgetting to take my pill and in between the day I forget my pill and when I had sex I was irregular and late at taking my pill. 4-5 days after I had sex I was scared I was pregnant so I stopped taking my active pills to see if I got my period, 3 days later I got a brown discarge, that was light, 2-4 drops of brown blood but mostly brown clumps. The day I got this discarge was 7 days after I had sex, so I thought this could be spotting associated with pregnancy so I took 2 pregnancy tests at once which both came up negative. I'm worried because I only took the test a week after I had unprotected sex it could be to early?

IF you're pregnant then yes you're testing too early. You should test about 2 weeks after the day you period should have arrived. Assuming you missed it.

Antibiotics and missing a pill could compromise your birthcontrol. You really should have finished the course of birthcontrol and not stopped mid cycle. Done is done. Wait until you get your period and start on your next set of birthcontrol. If your period does come when you think it should take a HPT two weeks after your missed period starting date.
