    Hello I just smoked a cigarette for the first time today and smoked the whole thing but why did I vomit

    Because your body is not used to nicotine. Quit smoking while you are ahead.

    Why in the world would you want to do that? Nicotine is a very addictive drug with some serious health consequences.

    You get your body used to it by getting addicted to it. Just like crack, morphine, heroine.
