    If co-borrower doesn't want to signed the quick clam deed
    We bought the house together for over 11 years, but he is move out 2 years ago, I the one to paid everything. The house is up side down, now I want to do home affordable modification program, I ask him him to signed qick claim deed, he don't to signed. What can I do? Thank you, thuy

    First it’s a quit claim deed. Second, if he refuses to sign the property over to you, you have to go to court to force a partition, which usually means you will have to buy him out.
