    Pregnant? Maybe?
I had sex with my husband before, on my ovulation day (Oct.12), and after. I spotted the other night, woke up and it's like I never even saw anything. Can that be implantation? Here it is (Oct. 22) ten days later is it too early to test? Please help, very anxious!

How did you determine you ovulated on OCT 12... exactly... since there are only two reliable ways to determin this... Basal Temp charting and actual testing.

While it isn't hard to track the probable date of ovulation it is hard to pin point it completely. That isn't really the point here though.

If you're going to be testing for pregnancy it is best to wait 2 weeks after the start of your first missed period. Early morning urine on a home pregnancy test. Most home pregnancy tests search for a particular hormone that gets released into the urine but only have a few weeks of being pregnant. That is why you need to wait.

As noted HPTs increase greatly in accuracy from the date you miss your period. During the first week accuracy is less than 50%. It will increase to about 95% by the end of the second week. So that's the best time to start testing.

Good Luck, Hope its good news.
