Here is some information on braxton hicks contractions, and how to differentiate then from actual labor.

What happens when you sit and relax? Do the contractions continue? What about when you walk around? Are you having more than 4 an hour? Are they frequent, or sporadic?

Any time there's a concern it's always best to talk to your doctor. There's really no way for us to determine if you're in labor online.

    Good luck, and congrats.

When I sit and relax the contractions are very noticeable I'm only in my 8 month of this pregnancy and I have them at least 2-3 times an hour on a scale from 1 to 10 and 10 being the worst there about a 3 there more sporadic than frequent any advise
