OK trying to find name of an independent film about 10 to 15 yrs old... basically there was this disturbed man who rented a room which prior to him renting it a woman committed suicide... she would obsess him whether awake or asleep... he worked in a machine shop... very quiet guy... had to bypass drug dealers on his way up to the room... at one point he asked the dealers for something to keep him awake... and than something to make him sleep because this woman kept haunting him... a Hispanic male was hired at the same shop he worked in and tried to befriend him... invited him to a party with them and 2 other women for sex but the dead woman wouldn't let him... the ending was he dressed up in a tuxedo and the dead woman showing herself in a wedding gown... he ended up committing suicide in the bathtub... plz help driving me crazy

Was that The Machinest ? Christian Bale lost a bunch of weight for it. I honestly don't recall the ending.
