There is sperm in the early fluids, prior to ejaculation. No form of birth control is 100% effective. So, yes, pregnancy is a possibility.

First even with condoms they have a 3 to 18 percent chance of failure. So they are not perfectly safe. Also anytime without, is a danger of pregnancy.

Interesting question. It is known that sperm can live up to 3 days in the vagina and uterus and fallopian tubes, but I've never heard of studies of how long it can live in the penis. Fertility specialists probably know, dealing as they do with testing sperm.

Pre-ejaculate contains from no to just a tiny amount of sperm, but of course it only takes 1 to fertilize an egg. And you don't know when and if and how much comes out.

People ask about odds all the time. What do odds matter? If they are very low, as they are in your case, and yet she falls into that tiny group that does get pregnant, she's still 100% pregnant.
