    Clean Cement Floors
My garage is enclosed and I use it for storage mostly. My dogs sleep down there at night and they uses the bathroom on the floor. I mop and clean it everyday but there is still a odor that is becoming very offensive. What can I do to get this cleared up. I have used pure Clorox and everything else but it just doesn't seem to work

Concrete is pervious so fluids are seeping down into the very small voids. A concrete water sealant my help, similar to:

Odor treatment systems may also lessen the smell but with the conditions you have, you will have an uphill battle.

You could solve the problem by letting them out more.

Concrete is about 18% air bubbles. You will never get the smell out. Pour about 3 gallons of bleach down there and ventilate with no people or animals around for at least a week, and when it's dry, put down a big sheet of linoleum.
Leave your garage door open 2' and fence in the area around the garage for using as a bathroom. Poor dogs need grass.
