    Raffray
    I have an original watercolor signed by Raffray. It's a scene of French cottages with a partial castle on a hill in the background. This was my Grandfathers. I am 71 years old and I remember seeing this art since I was a little girl. Joan Brestal

    So what is your question? If it is an original it may be worth some money. Take it to a reputable appraiser. PS not a good idea to post your name.
