    Furnace Humidifier Vacation Setting
    Should I turn off furnace humidifier when away for six months?

    Are you turning off the house water? If yes, what difference will it make? If water will be on, Why? I would turn off all water, another potential water leak source.

    Agree for 6 months you should shut down your water main. Where do you live and does it freeze
