Name on deeds but not on mortgage usa
I am a legal alien, my ex and I have a mortgage on a house in PA. However, we have now split up and she is renting out the house, I am back in my country of birth and will return to the US next year. My name is not on the mortgage but is on the deeds. She does not want me to move back and carry on renting. I am listed on the deeds. Can I legally evict the tennants?

Why do you say "deeds"? Is there more than one piece of property?

You say your "ex" has rented out the house. Is she your ex-wife, ex-domestic partner, or what?

Is your name the only one on the deed or is it shared ownership? If its shared, then you both have to evict.

Then, as ScottGem indicated, you both have to come to agreement.
