    Pimple like bump on penis shaft?
    I've never had sex or masturbated, can't be an std. About 4mm in diameter. Painless, and red/white tipped. There is only one, and it is most certainly not those pearly penis papule things. Please help!

    Probably an ingrown hair. Not a bad thing. Don't be worried by it.
