    Can I be arrested for a car title loan in Georgia?
    I took out a car title loan in GA. My son took the car to FL.Florida. The Transmission went out. I couldn't make payments and the title loan company had me arrested."endangering security interest. I spent the night in jail and had to bond out.

    A lender can prefer charges, but only the police can arrest you. If the police did so, then it as bonafide charge. Whether you will be found guilty is another matter.
