    No. It is an antiviral for, usually, shingles.

    One medicine can treat a multitude of disorders. Depending on what she thinks she's treating, it might be a completely valid medication. Eczema is also a bit of an umbrella name for a number of disorders.

    If you're that dissatisfied, see someone else.
