Cleaning office space in plant
I am trying to put together my pricings and number of staff for cleaning offices space and the inside of the industrial plant , but am having a difficult time. I originally was going to charge .18 per sq. Ft. This was fine, but I've read that if I were to clean 7days a week 24 hour days at tree shifts , the price would go down. How exactly does this work? I'm really not interested in pricing by the hour, but am looking for answers as to how long I can estimate time to clean per sq. Ft 300.000 sq ft. Any help will greatly be appreciated.
