    There is a "kinda" horseshoe shaped washer and a nut on the underside of the faucet... see image below.

    Use a crescent wrench or a deep socket to get to the nut and loosen it to remove the nut/ You will need to disconnect the water connections and the pull out spray for easiest removal of this valve... ;)
