When I sent an e-mail to somebody, instead of go to sent mail it goes in trash, also when somebody sent me an e-mail, the e-mail found in trash instead of inbox

Your Spam filter is set up wrong...

You just tell your email software that particular member is safe and not a spammer. If everythign is ending up in the trash... you need to completely reset your Spam filter.

Or you have a email rule running.

If you don't succeed with the spam setting or Rules then create a new email profile and transfer your emails across. This should give you a fresh new default account to work with.

Worst case scenario: Create a new computer user and transfer your data to the new one.
