    Help!! Could I be pregnant?
Okay so me and my boyfriend are trying to conceive and my period was due October 5 and its now October 9 and still no period. I took 2 tests yesterday and both were negative but this whole month I've been crampy, have had horrible heartburn, fatigue, headaches and nauseous & I've had this feeling like I am. This whole week I've been feeling crampy like my periods going to start, but still hasn't. Could I possibly be pregnant even with 2 negative tests?

You are testing too early. Tests are most accurate after your period is at least two weeks late.

I thought tests were accurate the day you missed your period?
This puts my mind at ease because I just have a feeling that I am:)

There are tests out there that can detect pregnancy early, but they run a high risk of false negatives. Rule of thumb is 2 weeks after the missed period using first morning urine.
