Elevated B12 of 1900 and low iron and unexplained weight loss
I have been having anemia for awhile but have been having episodes of passing out also. I have dropped 30-40 pounds in a 3 month period. My B-12 was over 1900 and my Blood Pressure is running low of 85/65. Just had to go to ER again for a fainting episode that lasted longer than the ones before. Any suggestions. I have seen that elevated B12 is usually not a concern but then also seen that it can cause extreme fatique and weight loss issues and loss of appetite
