What has happened here. A thrombosis is a blood clot. Your hemroid had a huge (No pun) blood clot in it. When it burst the black blood was the clot, the red was bleeding.

Okay, since it is STILL bleeding you should go to the ER. You will be gotten in and dealt with quickly. Anyone who has been bleeding or a period usually gets to go first. Especially if it is around the bum area. Just the nature of the area leads to septicaemia (blood poisoning) quicker then your arm or leg.

So for the love of all the is holy and fluffy, get to the ER now!!
