    Furnace runs with door off but dies when door on
    Why is it that my Rheem 90 plus won't run when the top panel door is on but lights and blows when off?

    Sounds like the safety is crossed. Check to see if micro switch is connected to the NO terminal. Worse case connect the 2 wires.
