    First of all electricity follows "every" path, each path with different amplitude.
    Your listing of current in a human and it's effect is a bit off,
    5 to 7 mA is enough to cause a heart attack...

    In US GFCI is rated at 6mA while in UK RCD is rated at various ratings from 10 to 500mA but in homes they use 30mA rated ones.
