I feel chest heaviness that sometimes travels under right arm pit a feel very sluggish, can feel my pulse right under my throat, I am 54 female, I have COPD how do I know if this is a heart issue or chest congestion?

If you know you have COPD, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and you have this heaviness symptom, then I would make a doctor's appt. immediately to rule out any other health issues developing from the COPD. We do not diagnose on AMHD.

Thanks for the disagree, sorry I didn't make it clear. We can't tell you how serious your condition is, ER, doctor, whatever. I said doctor. I don't know you or your medical history from a rock so how can we be specific in where to send you?
