My dog is not eating, but he is drinking. He still has been throwing up. Why?
My dog is about 5-8 months old and I've had him for about 4 or 5 months. He's rescue dog. Recently, It was brought to my attention that he has been getting sick. He has failed to eat and when he did, he threw it all back up. I let him in last night and this morning fed him water. A few minutes later, he threw it all back up in a watery pool. I have given him Pepto Bismo and he's resting right now. He hasn't been throwing it up or dry heaving since but I still want to know what to do.
And I'm going to get some pedilite to give him. And at the moment, I don't have the money to go to the vet just yet. But I am going to try to as soon as possible.

I just want to know of anything that might be wrong with him or if I can do anything else to help him.

I had forgotten to mention, but yes he does. But he lives out with two other dogs and they are fine. They don't have anything like he does.

Best to get him to the vet sooner rather than later.
How long has this been going on? Have you seen him have a bowel movement?

It could possibly be an intestinal blockage,(just a guess) and if so, will not get better on it's own.
Is this an outside dog that has access to lots of things to chew on, wood? Debris in the yard? Bones?
My best advice is the vet, there is really no way for us to tell exactly what is going on with him?

This is a good example as to why you do not have dogs live outside. Things just go unnoticed for way too long.

You're going to need to find the money sooner rather than later, as in asap.

The symptoms you're describing are serious, and need to be attended to by a vet. Left untreated your dog could die within a matter of days, if he even lasts that long.

We can't diagnose your dog online, but we can tell you that this is not a situation you can afford to ignore, unless you don't mind losing your dog.

Call your vet. Many vets will agree to do a payment plan if it's an emergency.
