    Prolonged periods
    Hey.. I have been bleeding now for 13 days continuously.. It's not heavy though but I do bleed everyday.. On monthly basis I bleed for 4 days and on the 5th day I spot a little but not more than that.. This is the first time it's happened.. I'm sexually active and done it without protection once or twice please help me and tell me what could be the possible reasons?

    I know it's not the answer you want, but you should go see a doctor. It's not normal to be bleeding for that long, and only a doctor is going to be able to tell you what is going on. It could be some kind of vaginal tear, it could be hemorrhaging, it could be endometriosis, it could be a side effect of birth control if you're taking it, could be lesions or growths or any number of other things. The only way to really find out what's going on with your body and make sure you're okay is to go see a doctor.
