Had my hair highlighted first and then dyed it way too dark,will color oops help me

Had my hair highlighted first and then dyed it way too dark,will color oops help me. Had it professionally highlighted which was a nightmare and then went home and dyed it too dark. And have tried every home treatment possible to lighten what I did. Went from looking like bozo the clowns sister to looking like elvira. Will color oops help me don't want orange hair again. Just a lighter brown... help
