    Bounced check on move in
    Hi.Just rented my house tenant signed lease.Gave me a check for 1800 5 days later it bounced.Can I evict them.In all right they paid nothing to live there.

    You give them a pay or quit notice. Since you neglected to tell use your general locale (any question on law needs to include that as laws vary by area), we can't tell you how long you need to give them.

    If they don't pay or vacate by the deadline, then yes you can file for an eviction order.
