Oil leak
What is causing the oil pressure gauge to drop instantly but when I push throttle it comes back up, then when this happens to drop (gauge) and I open my water reservevoir cap there's oil that comes back through

First the oil pressure is probibly low because the level is low (causeing it to draw air or foam) because its pumping it all into your radiator through most likely a blown gasket.

Check for a blown head gasket.

Also.. if you keep driving without oil.. expect to replace the entire engine... not just a blown gasket...

The oil/oil pressure is not low. When you first start the truck, gauges and truck are OK until it starts to warm-up then pressure gauge drops to 0 like if you turn eng off (not a slow drop in pressure) and NO LEAKS from underneath. This is caused by a blown head gasket. Just wondering

I meant oil level... if that pressure drops like that when the engine is running.. it means air is being drawn into the pickup tube. And in normal driving that will only happen if the oil level is dangerously low. There is usually 4 or more inches of oil above the pickup tube.
If your oil level is not low... you have problems beyond just a blown gasket .

It COULD be a failing oil cooler (we don't know what type vehicle you own)... just as it might be a head gasket... However a failing oil cooler (the type inside the radiator if you have one) would rarely not result in water in the oil pan. Not all vehicls have an oil cooler tied with the radiator engine cooling system. My Honda for example does.. but not my Mercedes or other vehicles I have owned.

Not familiar with the engine personally But I found this on it. As far as all the known problems people were having. And Oil cooler is a possibility.
