    I've got a clot in a vein in my mouth below my lip.
    The vein is dark and distended, and I can push the clot back and forth inside it. Will it go away on its own? If not, will a doctor treat something involving the mouth?

    Yes a doctor will treat this. It is important to treat this. If you don't then it could get dislodged and lodge someplace dangerous, IE your lungs or your brain.
