    My manager was telling other co workers about my medical condition and financial that I couldn't afford my medicine.she accidentally sent the message to me and she did apologize for saying that about me.I went to hr and they said she broke the law.they did tell me that she did tell the other lady after the fact she sent it me.she told it just to be gossiping.I don't like her telling my condition to anyone.what can I do about this?

    What type of work do you do, and I am not sure exactly what law she broke, unless you work in the medical field, there are some OSHA laws on employee files and information, but no real enforcement. You can ask, the company HR, what they plan on doing about it, if they are the ones that said, she broke the law, has she been fired for breaking the law, warned ?
