9/26/14 started light pink spotting took pregnancy test was negative next day bright red blood inside only seen when I wipe same pad on over 12 hours not a single drop of blood on it close to regular period date always have regular cycles what should I do?

When was your last period? Pregnancy tests are most accurate at least two weeks after you missed a period.
