My DE LLC state costs 300.00/yr plus relinquishing my senior cty discount
I have a Delaware LLC made up with my children acting as partners after my death. The state charges me 300.00/yr for the LLC plus giving up my senior county discount of approx. 400.00/yr. Does this sound logical/legal?
