    Change in period
The last two months my periods have been 3-5 days late, heavier and longer then normal. I was supposed to start 4 days ago and took two HPT the last two days and both came back positive, but I have zero symptoms of being pregnant and I just have a c section 6 months ago. I go to the doctor tomorrow but I just need an idea of what's going on.

False positives are very rare. Two false positives are even rarer. I'd say congrats, you're pregnant! :)

The problem is you are pregnant, congrats.

Even though this is testing early, a false positive is rare.

And there are no early signs for almost all women, all of the pregnancy signs happen in the late 2nd, 3rd and 4th months. So a missed period is almost always the first sign you ever get.
